Stream The Arctic Monkeys

October 12th, 2005 by Rachelandthecity

Since being called the most talked about band in Britain by NME, I’m sure by now you’ve heard all of the hype about Arctic Monkeys. Expected to be as big as Franz Ferdinand and The Kaiser Chiefs in 2006, this quartet from Sheffield, an industrial town in England, signed with Domino Records over the summer and is slated to release their single, I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor, next week.

Which brings me to my dilemna. Since Arctic Monkeys don’t have a proper record for you to buy at this time, it seems a shame to offer up their only single to you greedy bastards. Plus, if you’ve been paying attention, I’m sure you already have it. Instead, I just dumped every song I have by them into my radio blog for your listening pleasure. Click on my head to hear the magic.

So, when did I grow a conscience? Beats the hell outta me.

Now go see them live and sing along, everyone will think you are so effing hip.
