New Outkast Video-Big Boi/Morris Brown[HQ] + Idlewild Trailer

Idlewild is the soundtrack to the forthcoming Outkast movie set in 1930’s America. The album and movie is the duo’s first release in three years and boasts 80 minutes worth of music. Outkast’s first single from the album, “Morris Brown” is set for release on August 4th. The album Idlewild will be released on August 22nd, followed shortly by the film.

Here’s the plot: Musical set in the Prohibition-era American South, where a speakeasy performer and club manager Rooster (Big Boi) must contend with gangsters who have their eyes on the club while his piano player and partner Percival (AndrĂ© Benjamin) must choose between his love, Angel (Paula Patton) or his obligations to his father (Ben Vereen).
