“Sure,” you said. “‘Beanbag Chair’ is beautiful, summery, heartbreaking, and catchier than the flu, but Yo La Tengo claimed they weren’t afraid of us. They said they would beat our ass. Where is this supposed ass beating? Where is this lack of fear?”
